One-Time Custom Training Program
The custom training program is for those who are looking for guidance and direction in the gym and would like a 100% custom plan. Sohee will create an individualized strength training regimen for you based off of a comprehensive questionnaire. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, and a sample weekly schedule, with everything customized and tailored to fit your individual needs and available equipment. You can purchase this plan as a one-off, or in bundles if you'd like more than one. You can submit your follow-up for a new program when you're ready. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your program.

Q: Is this a coaching relationship? Is Sohee my coach now?
A: No, this option is not a coaching relationship. If you'd like Sohee to be your coach, you can fill out an application here.
Q: Are there check-ins with this option?
A: No, there are no check-ins with this option. Check-ins are for coaching clients only.
Q: What is the difference between a coaching relationship and this option?
A: When Sohee is your coach, you will do a formal check-in via email with her on a bi-weekly basis answering a variety of questions about your gym progress, mindset, and more, and get feedback from her. Coaching with Sohee is more hands-on service with more contact and accountability, and therefore an increased price point. This option is not a coaching option, and offers less accountability and no check-ins at a lower price point.
Q: How do I get feedback from Sohee or ask questions?
A: You will be filling out a new form for your follow-up and supplying Sohee with information for her to write you a new training program. You can also use the eat.lift.thrive Community Facebook group to ask questions.
Q: How often should I submit my follow-up if I purchased a bundle?
A: You can submit follow-up for a new program when you are ready for a new program. Bundles of 3 must be used within 6 months and bundles of 6 must be used in 12 months.
Q: Is the training program 100% tailored towards me, my needs, and equipment? What if I have a home gym or very limited equipment?
A: Yes, Sohee writes the custom programs for you and only you. This includes a home gym or very limited equipment.

A: This option is best suited for those who want a custom training program.
*Please note that upon purchase, you will be sent a PDF with a link to a questionnaire that must be filled out in order for Sohee to complete your training program. You will be asked to provide current progress pictures to show Sohee where your physique is at currently. These pictures are completely private and are for Sohee's eyes only. The program cannot be sent until questionnaire is returned and complete. The Custom Training Program is not indicative of a coaching relationship with Sohee.*
