The custom training subscription is for those who are looking for guidance and direction in the gym and would like a custom plan each month. Sohee will create an individualized strength training regimen for you based off of a comprehensive questionnaire. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, and a sample weekly schedule, with everything customized and tailored to fit your individual needs and available equipment. Each month you'll be sent a follow-up questionnaire asking you about your previous month's experience so that she can write your new plan. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your program.
*Please note that upon purchase, you will be sent a PDF with a link to a questionnaire that must be filled out in order for Sohee to complete your training program. You will be asked to provide current progress pictures to show Sohee where your physique is at currently. These pictures are completely private and are for Sohee's eyes only.
