Team SoheeFit is here to help you meet your nutrition, training, and lifestyle goals in a sustainable and healthy way. Do eating and working out feel like a chore, or just one more thing on your to-do list that adds stress to your busy life? Sohee has been there too, and she's here now to show you that's exactly the opposite of how it should be. Today, she trains clients the same way that she trains herself. Her focus is on strength training, limited formal cardio, and prioritizing more time and energy devoted to friends, family, hobbies, and the other things that make life truly great. This should – and can be – you, too! You have your own story, and we get that. We also get that none of us can do this alone. We all need a plan of action, the right guidance, and a solid support system with a community of other like-minded folks. Our #eatlifthrive squad provides that community and we’d love to have you join us, whether you’re looking for coaching, consults, or somewhere to share your struggles and wins.

Team SoheeFit formal coaching offers one-on-one Training and Nutrition or Nutrition only options, and we’d love to help you find the right fit for you. All coaching options are customized to you and your goals and include private check-ins with Sohee. Coaching is geared towards women who have experience in a weight room and with adhering to specific macronutrients on a consistent basis. This allows clients the safest environment for coaching and also allows us to make the most of our time together. If you’re ready to start a coaching relationship, let’s make sure we’re a solid fit. Please make sure you are:

  • 20+ years of age
  • Experienced in the weight room – meaning you’ve focused on correct form with compound lifts (specifically, the squat, deadlift, and push-up) and have access to commercial weight training equipment.
  • Experienced with adhering to a prescribed set of macronutrients numbers on a consistent basis – (this requirement applies to all options with a nutritional coaching component) if not, we recommend picking up a copy of Beginner’s Guide to Macros to learn the ropes.
  • Willing to wear your big girl panties – we’re coaches, not cheerleaders. Any tough love given is in your best interest.
  • Familiar with Sohee’s work – We’d hate for you to be blindsided by an opinion you don’t agree with. Taking the time to check out her articles, social media, podcast and such will make sure we’re on the same page.

Nutrition only

Nutrition Only is a 1-on-1 coaching option. With this, Sohee oversees all aspects of your nutrition. They will assign you macronutrients to follow (x grams protein, y grams carbs, z grams fats). Everything will be customized and tailored to fit your individual needs. This coaching option includes access to the private Team SoheeFit Facebook group, for active clients of Team SoheeFit only. This option is great for those of you who have a solid training program in place but need the extra accountability of a coach to dial in your nutrition.

  • Customized macronutrient breakdown
  • Unlimited email support
  • Private bi-weekly check-ins with your coach
  • Coaching clients must have previous experience counting your macronutrients in an app like MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+.

Training & Nutrition

With this 1-on-1 coaching option, Sohee oversees all aspects of your training and nutrition. You will have a detailed workout plan complete with dynamic warm-ups, mobility work, and a sample weekly schedule. They will assign you macronutrients to follow (x grams protein, y grams carbs, z grams fats). Everything will be customized and tailored to fit your individual needs. You will also have access to the private Team SoheeFit Facebook, for active clients of Sohee only.

  • Customized macronutrient breakdown
  • Customized training plan that changes monthly, including demo videos
  • Unlimited email support
  • Private bi-weekly check-ins with your coach
  • Coaching clients must have previous experience counting your macronutrients in an app like MyFitnessPal or MyMacros+.
  • Coaching clients must be familiar with compound lifts and have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym that has a barbell, plates, variety of dumbbells, mini-bands, long bands, and an adjustable bench.

Ongoing coaching can be an expense and is definitely a big commitment. If that doesn't fit for you right now, if you don’t have experience counting your macros, or if you aren’t experienced in the weight room, we've got you covered! Please consider these other non-coaching options:

Custom Macro Consult - Have Sohee and her team customize your ideal macro intake. Choose between a one-time consult or purchase a bundle and touch base with us every 4- weeks with your follow-up consults. This is a more independent option, but keeps Sohee’s eyes on your numbers.

Monthly Custom Training - Have Sohee and her team write you a 100% customized training program each month that is tailored to your goals and available equipment.

Monthly Custom Training & Macro Consult - Have Sohee and her team prescribe your macros to follow and write you a 100% customized training program each month.
