We understand that many of us do not have access to our usual gym equipment. In light of this, Lift with Sohee for March comes with 3 supplementary at-home workouts - 1 bodyweight only, 1 bodyweight & bands, 1 dumbbell only.

April (releasing 3/31) will provide the usual 4-day gym-based workouts along with a parallel 3-day home-based version that requires a combination of resistance bands, dumbbells, and bodyweight and aligns with the gym program as closely as possible. We will continue this as needed in the future.

Sohee's training program is updated monthly and comes complete with linked exercise demos and a walkthrough demo of each day. This is a great option for those of you that have experience in the weight room and would like a structured program that varies month to month, but it is also suitable for beginners as you can scale to your abilities.

There are form-checks and community interaction with this option via membership in a private Facebook group, where you'll be doing the same program as everyone else. You can ask questions and get feedback from Sohee, the ELT Method coaches, and your peers.  

Upon purchase, you'll receive the program as a digital download and will be billed in the subscription frequency of your choice (monthly, or every 3/6/12 months), which you can cancel at any time.

Q: What equipment do I need? 

A: You will get the most out of this program if you have access to a commercial gym or well-equipped home gym. The implements that we suggest you have in order to make full use of the program includes a variety of dumbbells, barbell(s), plates, adjustable bench, continuous loop resistance bands, mini-bands or Glute Loop, and a chin-up bar.

Q: Can I make Lift with Sohee work for me if I workout at home?

A: You absolutely can! You will need a well-equipped home gym that has, at minimum, a barbell, plates, a variety of dumbbells, an adjustable bench, mini-bands, and long bands. You still may need to make substitutions for some exercises, and you're welcome to ask for advice on how to do so in the Facebook group. If you are very limited in equipment, you may prefer a custom program that will be 100% tailored to the equipment you have on hand.

Q: How many days of workouts are included in the program?

A: There are generally 3-4 training days per week, and these workouts are repeated for the duration of the month.

Q: What is the workout split?

A: Depending on the month, it can vary from full body days to an upper/lower split, and sometimes an optional glute-focused day.

Q: When are new programs released?

A: New programs are released on the last business day of the prior month.

Q: When will I get my program?

A: You'll get your program immediately upon purchase. Your billing cycle will start from the date that you paid, but programs will always come out on the last business day of the prior month.

Q: How will I get my program?

A: Your program will be automatically delivered to you in your email inbox. Please look for an email that says "Your SoheeFit Store Content" in the subject line. The link to download your program is there. You can also login to your account and download from there.

Q: Is this program customized?

A: No, this is not a custom program. If you'd like one, we offer that in our store here

Q: Is there a nutrition component to this program?

A: No, there is not, however, Sohee offers a macro consult that you are welcome to purchase.

Q: I need a substitution for an exercise because I don't have the proper equipment.

A: Head on over to our exclusive Facebook group (linked in your program) and we'll be happy to help you!

Q: I missed a month because I was injured or chose not to lift...what do I do?

A: The programs are able to be downloaded from the first day of the month to the last day of the month, so regardless if you use it you are encouraged to download and save them as they will become unavailable when new programs release on the 1st. If you miss a month, you can save it for a later date as you are encouraged to perform the current month with the group.

Q: I need to pause my membership for a month, can I? Can I cancel it at any time?

A: Your membership can be managed by signing into our store and clicking on "Manage Membership". While you cannot pause your membership, you can cancel it at any time.
